Worshipping at Bridgwater Methodist Church

When do we worship?

Services are every Sunday at 10.30am

We also have an occasional evening service, details can be found on the Methodist Circuit Web Site ….

What is worship like?

Most of our services are led by lay preachers and their styles vary. We are a contemporary Methodist Church who appreciates some traditional ways but with a willingness to try new things. We make use of modern worship music and multimedia presentations from time to time. There is usually plenty of opportunity for singing.

We are an informal group who will always extend a warm welcome to visitors. There is opportunity after morning worship to meet some of us over coffee in our church hall.

We have a Junior Church (Sunday School) who meet during our morning worship and we all join together for the last part of the mornings worship.

Healing

We have a prayer for healing service twice a year (once a quarter in the Circuit). You can find out when and where this will be from our Methodist Circuit Web Site ….

This is a gentle, affirming service with an opportunity to be prayed for (for yourself or for someone else).
